Has helped me deal with my anxieties put everything into perspective
Good training demo, clear & useful information, made notes & have taken some ideas from the session to use as a manger in my work place.

the information is informative for someone returning to work after a long period of time and for someone who is starting work for a first time, but some people can get a bit confused especially when they have watched the videos and answered some questions and then gets a 100 per cent certificate not realising there are more videos and questions that needed to be answered in order to complete the test
The training is commendable in particular for New Managers. It reinforces the content of our Policy and Procedure. The Returning to Work in different scenarios is of significance. It is beneficial in that it provides additional information.

Really good overview for managers. Particularly good for staff returning from long term sickness or challenging illness or injury. Only thing perhaps not reflected sufficiently is that there needs to be a discussion and agreement regarding reasonable adjustments - some staff think that anything they ask for should be given and although we will always do our best as we want to welcome staff back to work sometimes we cannot accommodate everything.
