reassuring
I did this (October 2021) the day before returning to the office for the first time since March 2020 when lock down began so it was timely. I found it useful and reassuring. The emphasis felt too strongly weighted on concerns about health (due to greater exposure potentially to risk of infection) and insufficiently focused on concerns arising from the impact of lock-down (eg getting used once again to working in a busy/noisy office environment in my case after being in a quiet home based workplace – I do understand that is not the case for many).

Lots of practical guidance and advice
This session gave lots of practical guidance and advice around a safe return to the workplace. It was relevant and up to date given the prolonged absence that many of us have had following the corona virus pandemic.
