Shows how far we have come in relation to staff 'well being' since the 80's where the care was dependant on the Manager you had! If you look after your staff you get loyalty.

Bit patronising
The problem will be so many people who return before seeing the video. The video covers this point, but I suspect MOST people will already be in work before seeing it.
