Yes it was beneficial to remove any denial about the fears, anxieties and expectations in going back to normal working practices after so many months being tucked away working from home.

The content was spot on although some of it was a little repetitive but think it has covered questions people have.
I'm sure stuff like this is required by law, but if you possess an ounce of common sense it won't really teach you anything new....But then, I suppose you have to legislate for those without!
