I find it useful even though I am not returning to work as such because I have been working through the lock down. It has some good ideas that I will encourage my staff team to use

These are very simple steps and somewhat obvious, especially as I already work in a mental health setting. It felt like a Politician was talking to me, with the hand gestures.Understand the importance of this knowledge but aimed at 4 year olds.
A straightforward approach. Sections weren’t too long. Kept information simple without being patronising. Liked the extra information at the side to check into if required.
A good basic overview that contains some useful tips on managing your personal return to work. Needs to be supported by more specific guidance from your own employer or manager as doesn't answer the many questions you have on returning under such unfamiliar circumstances.
