Worth a look...

Though I can see it may have been useful to some staff, I personally didn't find it greatly helpful, I thought it was going to be about specific return to work information at our organisation. The presenter was clear in his delivery.

Informative

I think this is a good way to alleviate any potential anxiety issues and should be used with all those returning to work and not just in this Covid crisis

Short and to the point

The course was a comprehensive overview of Covid 19 and the effect it could have on both employees and managers. It was very helpful in preparing us on our return to the workplace and was easy to understand.

Fundamentally ableist

There is an assumption in this that anyone who has been working from home is of less value than someone in the office. This presenteeism is fundamentally ableist and discriminatory against those with mental or physical health issues and should be reviewed as a matter of urgency. I will be raising this as part of the disability group at my workplace.

Very clear, not too wordy.

Very easy to listen to and the optional additional material was useful - tailored to individual needs. Good all-round advice and a very good idea which I will be putting into practice -setting a SMART goal to counter any anxieties.

5/5
Patronising and content-free

Without a doubt, this is the worst training course I have ever done. Surely it cannot be designed for adults. It's the kind of advice I give my 12-year-old, only for her to roll her eyes at how obvious it is. There is literally not one single sentence of value in the entire thing. Truly, truly awful.
