I've learnt a lot from it and the questions helped me as an individual to understand what's needed whenever I'm feeling stress of away from work I liked it.
I found this course very helpful and relevant in how myself and others may feel on returning to work after such a long period.

Course was too long for the amount of information given, and took up too much time to complete while workload is high.
