It was a very informative and helpful.

I was very interesting and helpful. It gave me plenty of tips which will help me when I return to work and in my daily life - I felt it spoke to me personally and I found it extremely useful. Thank you very much!

Thought provoking

I appreciated this course as it gave rise to many things I had sent given thought to but also answered a few of the doubts about coping that I had.

Very informative

I would of like to have seen more pictures of the work place and how it now changed , I am also very concerned about every using the toilets any again at work, I feel that is the main danger area.

Clear, practical and helpful advice.

I found the different suggestions very helpful and it was encouraging to know that the feelings I have are not unusual. It helped to put feelings of anxiety and being overwhelmed in perspective and gave me a more positive outlook. It was good to be reminded to be patient with myself and others - we will get there!

clear

I felt this presenter mentioned anxiety about returning to work too often. Many people can feel anxious about working from home, social isolation and keeping on top of their job. Mindfulness has had criticism in recent years: if a person is worried at home it barely touches it. The best action is to speak to someone who has the skills to listen and to reassure them that they will be supported either at home or back in the workplace.

Thought it was informative.

I enjoyed some of the examples. It normalises some of your feelings around returning to work.
