Generic, empty, in parts condescending

This has been such a waste of time. There’s nothing specific about any return, measures or procedures. It constantly refers to ‘specific’ measures, processes etc that may be in place with ‘your employer’ but that’s it. No specifics, no specific links. It’s just empty waffle about that there might be something, who knows. Considering how much money this course probably costs to role out to all staff and how much money it costs in staff time, this is frankly a huge waste. A simple but specific document, or even a video, with concrete and specific measures, processes and employer-specific approaches would be much more useful. The upbeat-ness about 'normal anxieties' when physically returning to work during a pandemic is at minimum condescending. The unironic reference to government measures, which incidentally and unnecessarily killed tens of thousands of people, is insulting.

Reassuring content

The only improvement would have been the ability to incorporate (perhaps on the end slides in each section) some notes specific to my employer - where to find policies, where to direct particular questions, which in-house support benefits were available etc.

Not bad

Considering COVID19 is a pandemic and can cause death, I don't feel this video really helped. Very good for returning to work after a short illness though when there is no pandemic.

3/5
Solid general overview

This is aimed at people who haven't been in work, and is less use for those who have been working remotely. Gives solid general tips, but is not tailored to any specific workplace (i.e. no info on what the individual should actually do, or what policies are in force at their place of employment).

4/5
Well presented & offers good advice

The presentation style and video were of a high standard. It made the presentation interesting and easy to follow. It was beneficial to have links to supporting documents and other related material. I can see that it would put many people more at ease about returning to work. It does make you think and reflect on how you are feeling and that it is perfectly normal to feel anxious about a change in routine.
