I had been coming to work during the lockdown so probably didn't appreciate it as much as someone coming back after 3 months might , I felt it went over the same theme a little too much ,but as I said im probably the wrong person to rate this particular course
Gave me more confidence to return to work.
Very helpful, clear , i teresting and relatable with my working life.
It's to the point of getting people back to work in these strange times..
Very helpful advice, put my mind at rest for returning to work. Especially liked the mindfulness and breathing techniques.
I think the course needs to be more interactive than this. I think some of our staff would struggle to listen to all the content.
