A good short course.

Interesting and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend.

a waste of time - its all common sense

this course is too basic and drawn out - it should have been a set of built points or a small flyer.

2/5
Too verbose, could be more compact.

Very verbose and much of it stating the obvious. As a positive counterexample, my favourite course was by far the Fire Awareness. That was interesting, insightful, novel and informative. Note that now they seemed to have taken away the possibility to just read the content/transcript which would have been much faster for me; now one is forced to listen to the presentation; especially in a course based on verbal presentation that is unnecessary confining (again, in Fire Awareness, there is at least some point to the video presentations of fire situations). In an earlier version of the system, I have looked at the transcript even in other - more contentful/complex - courses and still passed the test. Participants should not be forced to sit through the spoken presentation, especially since for getting a certificate you anyway have an assessment which filters whether participants have actually taken in the material, so uptake is not an issue.

Found the course really helpful and the breathing techniques i will certainly be using in the future , it put me more at ease and relaxed about certain worries I had before I started the course thank you

Good advice and information

The course was very helpful, in planning a return to work.

Don't make assumptions!

Makes a lot of assumptions: eg I would never put out my clothes/packed lunch out the night before going to work it just isn't how I operate and to do so would be 'wrong' for me. Also 'belly breathing'? What a horrible phrase!

3/5
A useful course to prepare for returning

This course was informative and enabled me to reflect on issues I hadn't thought of when preparing to return to work. The advice on mindfulness and coping strategies are useful tools for the work place. It also brought home the message, that Covid 19 affects us all and we are in this together.
