Patronising

Came across as rather patronising to anyone with an ounce of good sense and will not go down well with faculty. It's too general to be useful too - your organisation might do x, y, z.

Not as informative as needed

This training could have been far more informative. It will not allay anxiety or stress. It is not equipping/informing the work force with the policies and procedures put in place, that they will need to adhere to once they are asked to return on site.

good

At first i felt very nervous and over whelmed with all the paper work we had to do, but as i settled myself in given myself 5 action a day to do , i feel more confident in what i was doing and i was not alone lots of my colleagues where in the same boat. also having Lisa and Amie each day on the micro teams is a great thing you can ask questions if you are not sure of anything which is great. i also thing the micro teams is great and the the SharePoint find it a lot better than the old way. overall i am happy to be at work

The course is fine but irrelevant

I think this would be very useful for someone coming back from illness, an accident, etc., but there isn't really much useful here to academics, and the level might be somewhat below people who have advanced degrees in human subjects, such as you might find in a business school.

useful and relevant

having be away from work for so long, it was a useful and informative course, a lot was common sense, however, worth doing

informative and reassuring

Although I found the training informative and reassuring, i felt it could have been more interactive, perhaps every 3 slides, as hen there were interactive elements it reinforced and encouraged. Interstingly I found I identified with certain elements relating to anxiety which I have not addressed so I appreciated a reminder to explore those areas.
