The course content was pitched about right on the basis that this course is for all staff at all levels and abilities. It should help to focus colleagues on the requirement to conduct themselves under a 'new normal' for the collective good but highlight the support that is available to all.
There has been significant concern expressed about the differential impact of COVID-19 on BAME communities, and I think it would have been good to have included some specific mention of this in the training. The predominant ethnicity of those in the video is white. Older people too could be more prominent, perhaps.

The course was engaging and interesting. I also really like how it was spread out into multiple short clips allowing me to go back and review some topics easily.
