Slightly too long I think - some information might have been better covered using infographics / other communication tools than the spoken delivery.Slightly too much emphasis on preparation - our staff are already back but they are struggling to adjust.

I thought the course included a lot of useful and usable information and ideas, which could really help in the transition back to work. The information was presented in an accessible and concise way and there were helpful links to other useful information.

It was not clear that the test will be at the end and questions might include the acronyms and abbreviation. You could 've put these questions in addition to the two sample questions, i.e. one question at the end of each video and certificate at the end. Be aware that some people may have special needs. Videos with subtitles would be much helpful.
