To make this available for those that need it? I personally found it vapid, but why not? But to make it mandatory, impossible to do in less than a half hour, and to force it's consumption through an audio/visual medium is completely absurd. It's entirely composed of common sense and generic platitudes. If there is any value to prompting certain considerations they could have been conveyed in a bulleted list and emailed. It is an utter waste of time which scaled to the organisational level becomes monumental.

It feels like a course that is about returning to work after a long absence due to illness. The course pretends like you are the only one returning into an environment where everyone has been there. It was not very helpful to deal with questions specific to the current situation, especially with people from different countries, backgrounds, and where we have to deal with people at different levels of anxiety. I am very supportive to take care of mental health and to remind people of all of these things, but it was not at all helpful to teach people about the specifics of the current situation, basic procedures around Covid, how to deal with those at high risk, with those who are more anxious, how to address Covid in a classroom etc. This video is not useless, just not at all what the label promises to deliver.

This course provided handy tips that I can apply day to day in my workplace. A lot of the content applies to life in general, particularly when confronting an environment you are not used to.

This course was clear, with lots of useful information along with some very good ideas to help with the return to work both before and once we are back

4stars only because I had a small glitch after the 9th video as it jumped to the 18th. It didn’t allow me to resume from the 10th. I had to do it all over again. However, i could do it over my phone, huge bonus!!

A helpful, simple and easy to understand course. The course does what is needed in a simple and effective way.

A good, concise course which covered all the topics about returning to work after a long period of working from home.

This course was interesting but a lot of it wasn't relevant to me as a one-person business. It would be very good for employees returning to work.
