Very easy to access and to complete. All employers should require their staff to do this. It puts responsibility with both managers and staff to have essential 2-way communication when there are concerns.
More courses regarding the COVID-19 is needed to give us more knowledge about the disease.
The training was really helpful, supportive and a good reminder of the new pandemic procedures to be adopt in a work place.

I appreciate something has to be done, specific instructions re Covid, but what about the rest of it?To cite one example from the test "When thinking about acting positively what does ' doing the opposite action' mean?"What purpose does this serve? I suppose you have to ask what we think to complete the process. And you don't anonymise the feedback.

Really interesting and thoughtful. A reminder that the basics personal physical health and mental health are so very important. Reminder we are in unprecedented times so things will be challenging!
