I found this course to be very helpful and knowledgeable of how to adapt to the new procedures and risk assessments in the work place.

The course was useful and provided some good tips for returning to work.

It told me nothing I had not already gleaned from BBC News and The Guardian. The questions to test knowledge were so simple and obvious that you could have worked them out even if you had not gone through the 24 minutes of stultification, 24 minutes of my life which I will not get back.

This training was very good, helpful and informative. It covered all aspects of returning to work including anxiety, loss of confidence etc. and highlighted the emotions that could be felt (and considered normal) for people in this situation. The short bite size chunks of information were far easier to retain than long edits of text.

Liked the helpful hints at work, made me feel less guilty and encouraged me to be kind to myself

Returning back to work during COVID 19 should not be taken for granted as we are not completely out of the woods yet. At least we all know what we are up against and are prepare to take measures to stay safe.

Sometimes these training videos can seem a little patronising (like the Coronavirus video on how to wash your hands) but I think this training was well developed, clearly structured and provided some genuinely reassuring advice. Good job team!
