Thought training was good and supportive, covered all bases.
Personally found this irritating ,pointless and it felt like I was being talked to as a 5 year old. It was irritating given that a large proportion of our workforce haven't stopped at all during Covid-19. The help , particularly around mental health was required at the start of the pandemic when we all had mixed emotions of how to deal with keeping site open, not 6 months down the line.
its good that we are sent this course so that we can voice are views. but I felt a lot more questions could have been added like, feeling safe at work, what impact me working have on my family etc.

A very helpful and detailed course, clearly delivered in easy to understand, bite size, units.
25 minute course is easy to slot into a busy day. Easy to understand & nice that you can go back to listen to things again & pause if you get distracted.
Its a managing change course, what's to say.
