I found the course user friendly and very comprehensive covering all topics needed to return to work. I felt for me personally it was aimed more at those who are in employment as opposed to those who just volunteer on an ad hoc basis as the pressures are not as great.

See above but as an ex health and safety officer maybe I would think that. However; I guess it gets the message across

Patronizing in tone, and focusing on the blindingly obvious. Who knew that I could make a marmalade sandwich the night before going to work? And hold the front page- I could ring the Samaritans. My time could have been spent more meaningfully. The overall impression was that this was an older product which had been re labelled as Coronvirus in order to sell more copies.

After a very stressful few months this has been useful to go over some of the issues raised within this training

The course is engaging and provides information that is easy to follow and understand. Alo provides vauable information regarding support facilities available.
