Good course for someone worried about returning to work. I've already been back at work for a couple of months.
did this really need to be a course? really boring found myself skipping through the slides.
Very easy to listen to and not to long. handouts are very handy
Inaccurate and contradictory information etc.
Presentation style was clear & easy to understand, each section not too long. Video examples added interest. Cannot think of anything it left out.
Its interesting to know how well a company is trying to understand the complexities we are all facing, it shows a understanding that is not well seen on the face front.
Have completed, totally irrelavent to my role within WWT ( volunteer ), which wasn't mentioned once. As a sufferer of MH anxiety issues, one needs educating on its effects on the individual. Each and everyone who suffers, is indeed that, an individual, whose symptoms can be totally different. What you do is speak in outdated generalities !! you speak of outlets of assistance ! Don't make me laugh, do you live in the real world ? Appropriate outlets of assistance, were bad enough to access pre covid19. Now !!!!! Your giving, generally, false info, unless you have insider assistance, who can access. They're virtually not there, just try getting a GP appointment, to start with. From a personel basis, the whole setup of this course was poor in all categories. 0 would've been my score if available. Needs overhauling. Certainly as a volunteer!!!! doesn't emit much confidence, infact it could well put me off volunteering at WWT, ( which at present, is because of, once a week, wednesday,10am - 1300pm ) something I've missed because of covid19. I intend talking to Brian + other volunteers, where I will gauge opinions, then I will base, whether I stay or go
Looks at all the basics and not only gives what is helpful now, but additional information too if you want it.

Easy and simple. Shame I accidentally clicked on something and it would not let me rectify it in the test
