I am now more aware of my overall responsibility to other colleagues following this course.

The course content was to the point and covered everything you needed to know.

I found the course good and informative.

I don't think I learnt anything from this training as almost everything mentioned was self-evident or based on well-rehearsed frameworks. The key points to note could have been put in a short document instead.When new employees are likely to be working extremely hard to try and fit everything in during induction period (and even more so during COVID), I feel that this training being required is something of an insult to employees. This requirement undoubtedly has a negative effect on perceptions of the organisation and on job satisfaction in more cases than mine.

I think this course raises awareness of what is needed practically and mentally for a smooth transition. Seeking help is seen as a positive step and after taking this course today I feel reassured and now feel like a valuable member of staff even though my hours are on an adhoc basis
