Very clear and understanding on return to work, how to pace yourself, if you find yourself stressing the best way to calm yourself down. Good to know how to approach management if you find you are not coping. Having done the course gives peace of mind, on how and who you can approach.

Very good informative
The course was the worst kind of patronising tokenism. It treated us as idiots or children. It felt as if it was copied from "the young child's guide to management". 1* is a gross exaggeration. I have much more important things to do than be patronised online by my employer.In addition to getting my name wrong (Robert is my legally given name, which I do not use, but you could not know that) your system decided to be familiar and call me "Rob" - crass.
Excellent course with great advise and ideas to help especially with Anxiety.
