The course was easy to understand and gave me some good ideas on what i should be doing in my place of work

I enjoyed the course and it made complete sense with the current situation. I have adjusted some of my behaviours to help other members of staff who may feel strange or worried about the return to work and also any of my students who may have been affected in this difficult time.

Good

Good positive advice on returning to work although very minimal information regarding staff with conditions causing them to shield. Managers may refer to this training which doesn't really offer advice on treating people on shielding list.

I enjoyed the videos they were informative and the process was easy

It gives a good overview of the issues faced in returning to work during and after Covid 19 . Making Managers and Staff aware of their obligations to each other .
