But not sure why I had to complete, has never been away from the office, took valuable time from my day

Informative and well presented course and made me realise that there is more to the subject matter.

I have rated this low because it doesn't actually tell us what had changed in our workplace and what we need to do differently e.g. how the buildings or teaching spaces have been modified, what policies have been added, what the procedure is for working in the office. It appears to assume everyone was furloughed and we are returning to work after a period of not working. If you are doing your job successfully from home then you are not 'returning to work' as such. I think it is so broad and general and refers staff to things that might exist. It also doesn't appear to recognise the hybrid working pattern for some (of being located from home part of the week and workplace for the rest) or indeed that some teams will be permanently working from home. Everyone is therefore going to need to work differently.

This course was very clear and explained things in a way they were easy to understand and also made some good points about following the covid rules that are in place in the working environment

I found the video helpful with the tips that it provided, making small changes in the evening to help the following morning, mindfulness to help with anxiety etc and also ways to keep positive and motivated.
