I like how all these courses give the context and principles instead of just dumbing stuff down to a few tick-box rules.

I feel like the training doesn't land as intended. The subject matter is very important and showcases valuable skills, however I feel there is bias and judgement within the content, making light of problems that can possibly trigger people. This slight 'toxic positivity' element to the training undermines the important overall message.

This course is not sending the right message to employees. It is delivered in a format whereby it suggests that if you've got mountains of work and everything is piling on top of you, rather than your employer hiring more workers or distributing work more evenly it suggests you just need to get more 'resilience' and get on with your work, basically to not complain and just get on with it, this is not the answer! The course talks about the importance of relationships outside of work with partners, families and friends like it is a given that everyone has these supportive networks around them to help when actually this is not always the case at all and can come across very insensitive to the people that do not have the luxury of external support. Honestly this course left a really bad taste in my mouth and I think the message really needs to be looked at.

Everyone should take time for this training!
