Very good

I find this type of training beneficial, it is quick and to the point. I would probably get bored if this course was stretched out to last half a day, or more !!

I really enjoyed this training.

I enjoyed learning something about myself during this training and something I will take into my role in my job .

Stimulating but socially restrictive

A stimulating and inspiring course with great content, but (as is often the case with these courses) the roleplay videos featured on the course only show office staff, and therefore the course is in danger of excluding manual workers such as lorry drivers, who may interpret the course as being aimed at an unreachable elite.

Very interesting and informative.

It really helped me by Mali g me think of past actions and experiences. I now feel that I am better able to cope with anything that presents itself good or bad!

Interesting and motivating

A very useful course. It explains that people can experience difficulties in various situations but gives tools and techniques to deal with them. Being resilient is not necessarily something everyone is good at - but it is something that can be learned: become aware of what you're thinking/feeling, analyse why you think/feel that way then address the situation from this new perspective. I found it incredibly insightful. Great!
