I found it really good as a reminder/ reset, especially working remotely in a pandemic, however, like most such training, the focus is always on the person doing the training. It's self-help even though it's about work in a company/ organisation. While it is true to a large extent that people should cheer up, get motivated, etc. nothing beats a good manager/ leader as resilience spills down. What to do then if management is bad, the company distant/uncaring? Just deal with it using the 5 pillar techniques? Change jobs? Is this a gap in the course? It's simply not true that to change the way you look at things is the ONLY solution when taking about an organisational problem - because the organisational problem remains unaddressed, but the employee is cheered up and resiliently looking for a better job (inner core values) or accepting the deal and changing their personal perspective. For the 5th star, the course needs to offer to fill that gap.
I felt this ''course'' simply pointed out the obvious and was psychological rather than practical in any way. another tick in the box exercise to show the company is allegedly tackling a mental health and awareness aspect. We work in construction not the psychology department of a university. I also felt that the language used & images presented in the delivery were childish and for someone with a strong educational background, it felt like my intelligence was being questioned and at times mocked. The solutions offered are simply common sense.

I learned more about resilience and what it was about.
Delivered in a clear understandable way with high relevance to the real world
The training is thought-provoking and helps you to consider options to change your thoughts and actions rather than quick unhelpful responses or actions towards others.

A course like this is long overdue at changing peoples perceptions for the better.
During the present uncertain times , a lot of external issues could/can chip away at a person's resolve and these skills can only help with that.
Clearly presented training, complete with practical advice and guidance. Perhaps a bit long.
