interesting and to the point

Really enjoyed this training and something I am very interested in anyway. I found I use some of the skills. However there are more strategies I could practice at to improve further. Very enjoyable!

Very good content

Enough content to make me think and understand what would benefit me in the future. Both at home and work

Some of feels a bit obvious for adults.

This is pernickety but the end of all the courses it says 'you will receive your score as a percentage'. The score is then given as 15 out of 20 for example, which isn't a percentage.

an interesting topic

very relevant for the current climate

Good course

It's a pity the additional resources could not be made available for download so that participants could have them printed to use in conjunction with the e-learning.

Does make you think?

I found this course very interesting, albeit a bit on the long side at 19 slides, I think the course could have been condensed into roughly 10 slides. there are a lot of tips and pointers that I can take away and work with but putting some of them into practice on site will take time,

Positive Reminder

Good for people to be reminded when their vision occasionally gets blurred and they doubt their selves. Knowing everyone slots into one of the options that was discussed

Good on the psychology, eventually.

The course was very timely in the current Covid 19 cirmustances, but was only effective after the first four videos. ; those seemed less about healing the individual and more focussed on the relience concept being 'corporate friendly' by focussing on the company's dependancy on individuals' wellbeing. Those episodes has a discernible flavour of outmoded late 1980's early 1990' 'Corporate Training Videos'. This was patent also in the demeanour of the presenter in those episodes who was stern and somewhat off-putting. The portrayal of the association of overwhelmed individual to company outlook could cause another spike of 'guilt' in that individual where their personal challenges where being funnelled into an added aspect of work and corporate failure. Persisiting beyond those initial episodes, the course was good in consolidating essential elements of personal wellbeing and was clear on the methods of how to achieve that.
