Interesting and though provoking

A good course to make you aware of how you currently react to situations, and how changing something can have a positive outcome. This has allowed me to reflect on my current resilience, which I thought was OK but by changing small things will have a more positive outcome.

A very informative and useful course.

A very important course required in the nature of my work and the with the young adults I will be working with.

Was the video a test of resilience?

Such an over simplification of human interaction. With a self centric, keep calm, smile and carry on feel.

Inspiring

This is a well presented course. It covers self awareness and how to recognise your behaviour patterns, be it positive or negative and how to shift your mindset. How to train and strengthen your thought processes to help to overcome obstacles and stressful situations. I found this course INSPIRING!

Not sure it was I am looking for

There is some very good content in here just not sure it is what I am looking for hence only 3 starts. The delivery is also a bit flat and follows too much of the style included in other H&S modules which I dont feel works so well for this particular topic. However, if someone was struggling with thier resilience it would be something I would suggest they take a look at as it is easy to follow, short and gives people further resources to look at as well as food for thought
