Made me think

A challenge to look at the facts instead of my feelings. Very enjoyable and useful.

Great tips to regulate your reactions

This is my second year doing this course and it's as handy as I remembered. Particularly while working remotely, it's easy to misread situations and to feel down or frustrated, and this course gives tips on how to reframe situations, manage your feelings, better understand others, and find positive outcomes in tough experiences.

The best training course ever

I really enjoyed this training course and it made me realize I was personally dealing with some current issues in relation to Resilience in my life.I would like to Thank you very much for this course and recommend the format of having a video( which you cannot skip ) and having someone explain the essence of what is being taught is a easy and effective way to learn.Thank you again.

Very concise

The training is great because it is both visual and audible, really helpful for those of us who are mostly visual learners. The pictures of rubber bands and pillars and so forth really help. Also the explanations are straightforward.
