The course provides you with a number of techniques and tools in order to build your resilience and to continue to strengthen it
I found this course offered great constructive advice. We can all feel a bit jaded at times and it was good to see how to put things into perspective. I thought the quality of the slides were great and the additional links very useful. A number of staff have also found the course very useful to them.
many thanks for this kind trainings … they were amazing … I think that the companies need more of these … many positive things can be learned from this … I highly respect this kind of CARE and HELP for the employee . Have a " WONDERFULL full of POZITIVE vibe " day !
This course very clearly explains some simple steps to help all achieve resilience and achieve better success in both their personal and professional lives. As I say to my kids - you cannot control what others say/do to you, but you can control how you respond.
