unrealistic

I found this course unhelpful, unrealistic and at times offensive. it was difficult to finish and I think it needs revision to be less offensive to those with emotional and executive dysfunction conditions such as ADHD.

Really good course which made me think

Well presented and excellent content. It reinforced what I already knew and made me realise I can train myself to improve my resilience. I have been struggling lately with a very stressful project and change to my work life and it was interesting to see I had naturally done some of what talked about but showed me areas to focus on to improve. I have to deal with some difficult characters in the client organisation and these modules will help me.

Eye opening training

Very good training, this allows you to see where you are in regards to resilience and where you need to be. certainly helped me to understand where I need to focus my energy. The techniques are good to, I was using them during the training and will continue to do so. Thank you, a good course and highly recommended.

Reality check

a really good course that makes you reflect on the training and style I've learnt from many people in my working career. All this molds you into the person you become and I've never really looked at myself until today. Never to old to learn new tricks.....
