Easy to follow and with good instruction. The videos did buffer a lot. Whether that was from your side or because of my laptop I am unsure. But in general they were good presentations. Thank you.

I enjoyed this well structured look at resilience and had a few helpful take aways. The pace and energy of the presenter were good albeit the time stated (35 mins) was just enough for the delivery but didn't allow for reflection, quiz or accessing the additional resources embedded within the course. The examples used were also rather simple. I will definitely be reading around a couple of concepts so good stimulation for learning.
