Thorough course, I found extra insight here that I didn't appreciate before eg neural network changes resulting from self awareness & subsequent action. A fair amount of common ground with Christianity .

I found the resilience training very interesting , and was good to expand my knowledge in that area. Very much recommended.

I disagree with things in this course, telling someone to think happy thoughts to make themselves feel better does not work, there are a lot of people out there suffering with mental health problems including myself and telling them to think happy thoughts or cheer up does not work. if it did work there wouldn't be mental health problems. Also if someone has sent me snotty or abusive emails more than once they are going to get them back, that person who sent them needs too realize that they are in the wrong, i was brought up with the saying speak to people how you expect to be spoken too and i use that fully, you talk to me like rubbish and you will get it back
Enjoyable and interesting
It really makes you think on how to deal with situations in a more positive way

The course was too long for me and just could not wait for it to finish 5 minutes of information padded out made it boring
It seems to me you have changed the definition of resilience and turned it into compliance and acceptance of anything a company CEO decides it wants to change , . Fixed mindset , victim mindset , putting people in a box mindset more like , people are many different things at different times and don't fit neatly into categories , anger is sometimes a good thing if it is not destructive and it seems to me this training course is encouraging people to shut up and not speak up for themselves which in itself is not good for self esteem
