Why when diversity is so important do you have stereotypical presenters? Maybe people who are less visually "perfect" would add credibility to the message.
I found the course to be informative, concise, and engaging.

This training suggest ways for communicating to co-workers and handling emotional changes. And also provide ways to release the pressure.
A course seemingly designed to create compliant worker drones who never complain, treat every adversity with an empty-headed smile, and who attempt to warp their harsh reality by convincing themselves that it's a GOOD life. The emphasis on moderating one's reaction to an adverse situation rather than addressing the root cause seemed counter-productive. The scene of food waste during a time of food poverty was gratuitous and offensive.
Every day is a learning day.
Lots of extra tools/resources were available, and a timely reminder that we can all get help overcoming challenges

I liked this course as I could relate to it more. I have had outbursts regarding certain emails & experiences in my life & reacted on them before stopping & thinking for a bit. This course has given me the "heads up" on how to react & handle situations in the future.
