I really enjoyed completing this e-learning on a first class user friendly system. I will definitely applying ICED in any future problems that arise.

This was a very engaging module. I enjoyed the way it was presented (in fact all your presenters are excellent communicators). WOOP was a new one on me and I could see it might be useful.
