although appears to be based around an educational setting the training is relevant to all work areas

This is easy to understand and very helpful
This is a good course for those who work with children. Not relevant to me at this point. Would be good if you can go back into the course ti referenxe simething without having to do every page again. Ie. Can't flick back and then return to where you were again without having to redo info. Also learn from reading as much as hearing. Would be good to be able to read and to bypass presentation mode as needed
Practical advice to follow, good refresher of what to look out for and what course of action to follow.
