Worth bearing in mind that people we call terrorists or extremists are doing what they believe in. They think that what they're doing is for the best. (otherwise they wouldn't do it)

What is the point in asking if Prevent is part of one Act of Parliament or another? Surely, we should be focussing on the general ideas and learning our responsibilities rather than remembering the specific name of an Act of Parliament
