Prevent duty training has informed me of my role and duty to safeguard students by responding, reporting and recording any concerns. It has given me the confidence and skills to recognize possible red flags of radicalization in students. Through this training, I have acquired increased knowledge on extremism, their groups, organizations and how they promote their ideologies to influence learners. I have also learnt about some of the signs and symbols of extremist organizations
