The whole things of the test was vital, for the children safety and guidance into the right directions,
The video clips kept on freezing but I enjoyed the s ummarys and I like that you can do the tests more than 3 times as I am not good at doing tests.
Nicely presented course with clear information given in bite-sized chunks. Much easier to 'digest' than other Prevent training. Key definitions covered and examples given.
This course was good. It helped me quite a lot and I enjoyed learning new things. I recommend this a lot. It is very helpful.

Excellent phone and online service and support.
The course was clear, concise and easy to understand. I like the way each section is very short and you can pause the course and come back when convenient. The only flaw is that, in Section 2.1 it was entitled 'Respond, Report, Record'. Surely the last two should be the other way round?
