Good, clear presentation with evocative illustrations - really makes you think about the children in your care.
The videos, and supporting materials were informative and well structured. The multiple choice questions were, in parts, rather superficial. I didn't spot a summary pack to print out but may just have missed that. However, if there wasn't one I would appreciate one being added and if there was it might need clearer flagging.
Training made very easy to understand and well delivered.
