This training is informative and easy to understand. The information is clear and concise.As well as watching and listening to the video, there is an option to read the script, which is my preferred way of learning. I would have also liked an option to move on to the next slide when I had finished reading without having to wait for the video to finish.
Interesting information given and good to get up to date information
The course may be appropriate for those with other safeguarding responsibilities but we have none, and so it felt misdirected for my staff and myself.
I felt some of the questions in the final test were rather tricky, trying to catch me out, and do not really need to to be. Surely we need to know what to look out for and what to do. Also, I personally think a short film makes for more interesting training, which one does not tend to forget. You must remember many different staff will be taking this training, some more knowledgeable than others. It would also make a change from the woman in black. The film is not too long and I like the fact you issue a certificate.
