Great course covering all aspects of working safely and efficiently at work. As a refresher course it’s perfect, for people that haven’t covered these areas in H&S training before hard copy hand outs covering the main areas would be a helpful guide for them enabling them to recover any areas they need to.

I learned a few things i didnt know before, so nice in keeping up to date, you never know when you might need the skill.

Good as it's concise and follows the key advice that is in the course

This was good training but covered things I already knew, after receiving multiple training courses on presentation skills. Quality of video and sound was great and highly professional but playback was a bit jerky (probably my system).

The presenter was excellent. The content was pitched just right whether or not you have made presentations before. The suggestions to make the presentation and the delivery more effective are very useful and easy to remember.
