The training was a great help to do my job, very interesting too because a lot improvements and new guidelines in the care industry.

Delivery of content with visual aids are good. However the test questions are not all designed to test understanding of content. Some questions seem designed to test how well we can recall cetain sentences 'word for word' and I'd argue that other answers offered might also be correct but weren't what was stated. Trained monkeys could answer the questions provided they can read.
I work with special need children in the school it was good to renewal this course work
