The content was excellent but would be better if made more interactive throughout rather than just questions at end

A very good course
This clearly emphasised the importance of the individual client/service user while affirming the significance of the caregiver.
Values were useful to know but the practical care element not relevant to my role - focused on delivery of physical care like pain management/changing bedding etc
