Good to learn how we hear, and for everyone to realise that hearing damage can be/is permanent!! Hearing protection is for your benefit!!
I appreciate we need to know the damage excess noise can cause, but felt like I was in a human biology lesson for a while! Sometimes brief and succinct training in relation to such topics can have a greater impact - in this case I'm sure the required knowledge could have been imparted in less time. That is my only criticism
The noise awareness was ery Good and expland things really well its given me better awareness of decibels

Maybe more detail on sound suppression in the workplace as many people are not aware of this . I know this as my apprenticeship involved noise , testing noise levels, ear protection and sound dampeners at high level.
