The course is well presented and it always good to have as refreshing as I'd done it before.

How hearing 'works' explained very well. Legal responsibilites of employer and employee clear.
Very good presentation with good delivery. The presenter was engaging but I felt there was too much info. Do we need to know about the working of the inner ear to know that we need to protest our hearing?
It would be useful to mention noise from outside work e.g. hobbies which could affect hearing loss too, just so a little advice can be given. Perhaps more on looking after your ears self care? I think there was a bit too much detail on ear protection types. It is difficult to know who the course is geared to. If the course is for managers who write the risk assessments and decide which protection is suitable then the detail is good, if it's for people who just work in a noisy environment then it might be too detailed.
