You covered the topic succinctly, with option to expand the certain subject area. The presenter was clear in her presentation and did not distract . Intermissions were timely but could challenge some of the work force.

Information that relates to working environment but also interesting in a general capacity. The delivery was clear & pleasantly delivered. Useful that delivery was sectioned - if needed to pause easy to go back to.
I think the course was just long enough and the questions were all relevant to what I was shown. Learnt a few things I never knew.
Found this interesting especially because I have recently had problems with my hearing.Thank youGary
