I thought that this course was very good. It covered the subject of neurodiversity broadly and gave good practical advice on how to support colleagues who are neurodiverse.

Absolutely enjoyed this training. It made me think about my working and social environment and those I interact with. I purpose to be more aware of how I engage with others and change my 'expectations', to how can I help the other develop, using their strengths. Absolutely brilliant training. I enjoyed how they used trees as a prime example of all being trees but being different types of trees.

As I have a nephew who was born autistic and is without speech, I found this course more interesting than most...It is comforting that there is help to support these kind of challenges and will help and support him in the future...The simplification of the course excelled to make it very easy to understand...well done !
