Really important to recognise all people are individuals with different needs and that there is no such thing as "normal".
Slightly too long at 51 mins for someone working in a busy office environment. Could do with shortening or made into 2 parts.
The Neurodiversity training was very informative and I particularly liked the sections around language and how we communicate. The training was not too long and was well paced meaning it was easy to follow.
Very informative and encouraging to see emphasis on building on strengths, celebrating diversity and difference and inclusivity in the workplace.

Very helpful course helping me to realise that there is no such thing as normal, just different. To Play, build upon and use strengths as it's not what a neurodivergent person can't do but what they can do/
A great introduction to Neurodiversity
I found the course to be clear and concise. I am heartened to know that such a resource is being made available to employers and hope that it will be widely used, thus making life for neurodiverse people seem far less daunting and much more inclusive and welcoming of them.
